2. Mangaung Metropolitan Section 4(2) Service Requirements
Every residential eviction in Bloemfontein requires formal service on the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality. The court will not grant an eviction order without a formal Sheriff's return of service evidencing that the Municipality was notified at least 14 court days prior to the hearing date.
